Important Tournament Information
  • Fields available from 8:30 AM for early warm-up
  • Morning games: 60 minutes long (9:00, 10:10, 11:20 AM)
  • Open inning rule: Called when 15 minutes left in timeslot
  • Elimination games: 5 innings (no time limit)

Teams divided into two pools based on regular-season ranking. Each pool plays round robin (each team plays two games).

Bracket Seeding

  • • Pool winners (A1, B1) get byes to semi-finals
  • • 2nd place teams (A2, B2) play 3rd place from opposite pool
  • • Winners advance to face pool winners in semi-finals
Lunch Break: Home Run Contest

Contest Details

  • • When: During lunch break
  • • Divisions: Men's and Ladies
  • • Team limit: 4 players maximum
  • • Format: 10 pitches per hitter
  • • Pitcher: You provide your own
  • • Prize: Winner of each division

Team Options

  • • 2 men + 2 ladies
  • • 3 men + 1 lady
  • • Just 1 or 2 of your best hitters

Ladies: Cones set up in outfield
Men: Must hit over the fence
